Our family is heartbroken by the passing of Luis Fernando Mezquita, born on November 1, 1978. Luis —who we lovingly called Fernando— was a son, grandson, brother, cousin, and nephew who meant so much to all of us.

Fernando shared a very special bond with his grandmother, Rosa Aminta Mezquita, whom he considered his mother. She was the person who shaped his life, guided him, and stood at the center of his heart.

He also had a big love for animals and cared for them deeply throughout his life.

We are hoping to come together as a family and community to cover funeral and memorial expenses so we can give Fernando the peaceful farewell he deserves. Any contribution is greatly appreciated, and even sharing this page helps more than you know.
