My name is Serenah and I am raising money for my sister’s funeral.

Latoya Smith was everything to our family. Like many other women, she was taken from this life too soon by breast cancer. She was a daughter, a sister, a best friend, and an example of immeasurable strength.

Throughout all the treatments, all the pain, and all the uncertainty, she never gave up and fought til the end.

We want to have her funeral as soon as we can, and honor her the way she deserves.

Most of our family has never experienced loss like this and we are taking it day by day. This happened suddenly and we are navigating the funeral process as best we can. Anything you are able to offer, even a prayer, will help tremendously.
