On January 15th, I went to do my weekly visit with my dad, Kevin Wilson Sr. I arrived at his apartment to find him deceased. I cannot explain what it is like to experience finding his lifeless body. My dad was the life of the party wherever he went. He was beloved by all and always willing to help and feed anyone. My siblings and I are raising funds to cover additional funeral costs for my dad as expenses are rising and unexpectedly exceed his existing life insurance policy.

We are needing to transport him from Houston to his beloved New Orleans, where he lived his entire life. He also wished to be buried with his first-born daughter, my sister Anisha. The process for this comes with a hefty price tag. He also has 6 children and 18 grandchildren in various states that need to travel to attend. Any support is greatly appreciated.
