Hello, I am Kimberly Looney. My baby brother, Kenneth Franks, passed away on November 12, 2025, unexpectedly. I am trying to raise funds to cremate him and hold a celebration of life for him at a later date. Due to the unexpected nature of his passing, we are currently waiting for autopsy results before we can lay him to rest. He was loved by his family and numerous friends. He truly had a village and never even realized it. He will be sorely missed and loved forever. No donation is too small, we appreciate anything, especially in these hard times.
