My name is Steve Tesoro, and I am reaching out during a time of unimaginable grief. My son’s beloved boy, Kai Tesoro, tragically passed away on June 6th at the age of 17 months. Our family has always believed Kai would bring a special type of Aloha to this world and those around him. In his passing he fulfilled this belief with the donation of his organs to children in need. Kai is a true hero; his Aloha and spirit will continue to live on. Kai was a joyful and spirited child who brought immense happiness to everyone who knew him, bringing instant smiles to those he met. All he ever wanted was love. He will forever be his daddy's "Fat Boii".

We are seeking support to help cover the unexpected expenses associated with honoring Kai’s memory in a way that reflects the love and joy he brought into our lives. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be deeply appreciated and will help us navigate through this difficult time.

Any funds raised that exceed the cost associated with funeral and celebration of life services will be set aside for the future of A'leia, Kai’s 3-year-old sister, and be put in an Opportunity Fund. This fund will encompass a broad range of possibilities including counseling, therapy, education, personal growth, etc.
