It is with deep sorrow that I share the heartbreaking news of the sudden passing of our deer brother Jose DeHoyos. Jose was in for the battle of his life with Acute Respiratory Distress syndrome, battling against all odds he continued his fight day in and day out. The unfortunate happened yesterday July 28, 2024 and we lost a son, brother, and deer friend to many.

Jose lived a very humble life while trying to better himself. He had high aspirations of turning things around and becoming a story of success while overcoming many obstacles. His strong work ethic, dedication and determination went unnoticed. He always found a way to make someone’s worst day feel better as his was probably 10x’s worst and managed to laugh and smile.

As we come together to honor Jose and celebrate his life, we are faced with unexpected burden of covering funeral expenses. In order to give Jose the farewell he deserves, we humbly ask for your support during this difficult time. Any contribution no matter how small will make a meaningful difference.
