Honoring the Life of Janie Mejía

Our hearts are shattered as we share the loss of our sweet Janie Mejía, only 20 years old, who fought with incredible strength these last few months. Janie was so much more than a daughter, sister, and aunt she was the light of our family. Her smile, her kindness, and her beautiful soul touched everyone around her.

She had dreams, goals, and a future she fought so hard to reach. Even in her pain, she still smiled, still loved, still tried to stay strong for us. Losing her feels like losing a part of ourselves.

We are asking for help to give Janie the funeral and memorial she deserves a final goodbye that honors her love, her courage, and the life she should’ve had. Any support means the world to our family.
