Hello, my name is Cynthia Johnson, and I'm starting this GoFundMe fundraiser on behalf of James Ray Brown Jr. James was a young man who was brutally murdered Friday night in Dallas, Texas.

James was a kind and loving man who radiated joy, compassion, and love wherever he went. He was the light in our lives that brightened our circumstances and eased our burdens. The strongest testament of his legacy remains in the memories of the ones he left behind and in the hearts of those he touched the most.

Unfortunately, his family lacked the finances to pay for the funeral due to having no insurance to bury our loved one.
