It is with heavy hearts that I write to tell you that our brother Jacob Salazar (28) is no longer with us. Jacob lost his lifelong battle with depression and unfortunately took his life at our family home this morning. He spent many years struggling between life and death. He was loved by so many of us, and our family is left with the pain of him not being able to realize this. He leaves behind our mother and his 4 younger siblings, myself included.

After the passing of our oldest brother Randy and our father Gregory 6 months apart, Jacob’s mental health was worsening. Our family is devastated. Our mother losing another son, us losing another sibling...

We are at a loss right now and are asking you today if you can find it in your heart to donate anything that you are able to, to help our mother cover the costs of fulfilling my brother's final wishes of being cremated. At this time a date for a memorial is unknown.
