On Wednesday, January 8th, my son Jack tragically passed away at the age of 15. We are raising money to lay him to rest and for a celebration of life.

Jack Eliot was a beautiful, intelligent, sweet boy that loved and was loved by everyone. He loved animals and his pets. He will be missed.

His service date and location will be determined at a later date.
