Help Us Honor Humberto's Legacy

Hello, my name is Ricardo Martinez, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support as I raise funds for the funeral services of my father, Humberto Martinez. He passed away on April 9th at the age of 72, and our family is now preparing to honor his life with a service at Calvary Cemetery in East Los Angeles, followed by a reception to gather with loved ones and celebrate the incredible man he was.

My dad was more than just a father—he was my rock, my role model, and my greatest supporter. He was a proud husband, a loving brother, and a lifelong Dodgers fan who never missed a game. Born in Mexico and brought to the United States at the age of 2, he spent his life working hard and putting his family first. I’m his only child, and he leaves behind my mother, his devoted wife, as well as two sisters and a brother who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.

This loss has shaken us deeply, and while nothing can ease the pain, we want to honor him with the dignity, love, and respect he deserves. The funds raised will go directly toward funeral expenses and the memorial reception. Every donation, no matter the size, is a blessing and a comfort during this incredibly difficult time.
