Con el corazón roto y una tristeza profunda, la familia Mendoza comunica el inesperado y doloroso fallecimiento de nuestro amado Gregorio Mendoza, quien en la madrugada del lunes 19 de Mayo, 2025 partió a la presencia del Señor.

Su partida nos ha tomado por sorpresa y ha dejado un vacío inmenso en todos nosotros. Gregorio fue una pieza fundamental en nuestra familia: un hombre amoroso, presente, incondicional. Siempre dispuesto a dar lo mejor de sí por sus seres queridos, era el centro de muchos momentos especiales.

Fue un padre siempre presto para sus hijos y, sobre todo, un abuelo tierno y entregado. Disfrutaba cada instante con sus nietos, a quienes cuidaba con esmero y un amor que les hacía sentir seguros y profundamente amados. Su alegría era contagiosa, su sentido del humor nos sacaba sonrisas aún en los días difíciles, y su espíritu generoso lo hacía ser apreciado por todos.

Hoy nos cuesta aceptar su ausencia, pero elegimos recordar con gratitud todo lo que nos dejó: su risa, sus consejos, su abrazo cálido y su ejemplo de vida. Gregorio no solo fue un pilar en nuestra familia, sino también un ser humano excepcional que tocó con amor la vida de quienes lo conocieron.

Siempre fue su deseo, y es también nuestra intención, llevar sus restos a descansar a la tierra que lo vio nacer, Perú, específicamente en la ciudad de su infancia, Chorrillos. De esta manera, sus familiares que no pueden acompañarnos en estos momentos tan difíciles, también tendrán la oportunidad de darle un último adiós a nuestro amado Gregorio.

En este momento difícil, hemos recibido innumerables muestras de cariño y apoyo. Muchos de ustedes, con el corazón en la mano, nos han preguntado cómo pueden ayudar a la familia a sobrellevar los gastos inesperados que lamentablemente acompañan a una despedida.

With broken hearts and profound sadness, the Mendoza family announces the unexpected and painful passing of our beloved Gregorio Mendoza, who departed to be with the Lord in the early morning hours of Monday, May 19th, 2025.

His departure has taken us by surprise and left an immense void in all of us. Gregorio was a fundamental part of our family: a loving, present, and unconditional man. Always willing to give his best for his loved ones, he was at the center of many special moments.

He was a father always there for his children and, above all, a tender and devoted grandfather. He cherished every moment with his grandchildren, whom he cared for with great dedication and a love that made them feel secure and deeply cherished. His joy was contagious, his sense of humor brought smiles even on difficult days, and his generous spirit made him loved by everyone.

Today, it's hard to accept his absence, but we choose to remember with gratitude everything he left us: his laughter, his advice, his warm embrace, and his example of life. Gregorio was not only a pillar in our family but also an exceptional human being who touched the lives of all who knew him with love.

It was always his wish, and it's also our intention, to lay his remains to rest in the land where he was born, Peru, specifically in his childhood city of Chorrillos. This way, his relatives who cannot be with us during these difficult times will also have the opportunity to say a final farewell to our beloved Gregorio.
