It is with a heavy heart that I write to tell you that my dear father, Ezane Serge Ethy, suddenly died on June 14th from breathing complications. It is a very painful moment for my family residing in Ivory Coast, West Africa right now, and we are trying to arrange for the funeral.

We want to give Serges Ethy a respectful service that celebrates who he was and how much he was loved. However, the cost of the funeral listed below:

Travel cost:(Ivory Coast flight): $1534

Burial (wood casket): $2,530

Funeral home (Mid service Elite): $3,000.

Embalming: $600.

Burial costs (burial plot, burial vault, liner): $2,850.

Transportation (hearse): $225.

Obituary & death certificate: $35.

Flowers, programs, music: $1,850 has created a financial challenge.
