️ Help Us Honor Ernest Avery - a True Veteran - Family Man
Donation protected
Hello all, On Thursday June 27th, we got a call no family wants too or should receive.
My uncle Ernie - Ernest Avery passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to those he cared about. My uncle and I had a special bond growing up as I am his only niece. I will always cherish the memories of the Wrestle Mania and summer slam parties and forever remember that smile. I will always remember my uncle as the man who was OBSESSED with working out and wrestling. A man who was always devoted to his family and put their needs before his own. A heart that knew no boundaries.
Our family comes to you with heavy hearts and deep sorrow as we remember our beloved Ernest Avery. More than just a cherished man, Ernest was a devoted husband, a hardworking father, a proud grandfather, a loving brother, the world’s best uncle, and a proud U.S. Army veteran. He served not only our country, but more importantly, he served his family with loyalty, consistency, and endless heart. Ernest was the kind of person who never forgot a birthday or holiday. He’d send flowers for all occasions and just because, and surprise us with gifts (mostly from Temu and yes, it was hilarious!). He loved the gym, wrestling, and family, he had the kind of laugh that could lift a room. Simply put, he was amazing.
His sudden passing has left our family heartbroken. we didn’t even get to say goodbye. Now, we’re faced with the heartbreaking task of planning a proper farewell.
We are raising funds to cover funeral and burial expenses, and we are hoping to also honor him with a veteran’s suit, something that feels deeply important to us. We humbly ask for your support in giving Ernest the send-off he truly deserves the real veteran’s way.
We’re not asking for anything beyond that just enough to lay him to rest with dignity and honor. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. If you can’t give, please consider sharing this campaign with others who knew and loved Ernest, or simply send prayers our way.
With love and gratitude from our family to yours!
