No one ever imagines having to plan a funeral for someone so young and full of life. My sister was the most loving and a light to everyone around her -strong, giving, and unapologetically herself. She was determined person devoted to everything she set her heart on. She was just beginning to step into her 20s with purpose and grace. My Elajia Johnae had a spirit so beautiful and pure that it could never be replaced. She adored her nephew and supported me endlessly through my journey into motherhood.

I refuse to give the individual responsible the attention he sought. My God is just and almighty — He sees every tear, knows every truth, and holds the final word.
