On October 17, our beloved Dominick Washington, only 22 years old, passed away by suicide. We’re raising funds to cover funeral services and cremation expenses so we can give him the dignified farewell he deserves and bring his family and friends together. Any amount helps. Our hearts are broken. On October 17, we lost Dominick—a son, brother, and friend whose smile could light up a room. At only 22, not even a month after his birthday, Dominick’s life ended far too soon. We want to honor him with the care and dignity he deserves, and support his family as they navigate the unthinkable.

Dominick was kind, funny, and loyal. He was always either cracking a joke or laughing. He had a heart of gold; he showed up for others, even on hard days. He loved UFC, MMA, Prince, and Nirvana. There are so many stories to tell. He was just a beautiful soul; he loved recovery and his friends and family that surrounded him. He was always adventurous and, of course, silly and unique. We will carry his memory forward, and we want his farewell to reflect the love he gave so freely.

How Funds Will Be Used

• Funeral home services & cremation

We’ve set an initial goal of $10,000 based on quotes and expected costs. If expenses are lower or higher, we’ll update this page and adjust transparently.

Who Is Organizing

This fundraiser is organized by Della. I am Dominick’s sister. Funds will be paid directly to the funeral home whenever possible, or to myself to cover invoices and receipts related to services, cremation, and family travel.
