In Loving Memory of Christian Levi Haight

July 8, 1994 – August 7, 2025

Christian Levi Haight didn’t just live—he felt everything. He loved hard. He broke often. He created constantly. His life was a beautiful mess of music, fire, tenderness, and pain.

To know him was to know intensity. He could go from joking to playing a soul-splitting melody in a heartbeat. When he sang, it wasn’t just a performance—it was a confession, a prayer, a spark.

> “You’re a beautiful day.”
He said it like a spell. And somehow, when he said it, the clouds did break.

Christian was an artist in every sense—a wanderer, a romantic, a man who carried storms and sun inside him at the same time. He gave his whole heart to his children: Nova, Brandon, and Sunny, and they carry his light forward now.

He is also deeply missed by his mother, Julie, and stepfather, Allan; his sisters, Nicole, Brandilyn, and Haleigh; and his brothers, Dakota, Vance, and Joe. Many grandparents, cousins, and chosen family members hold onto his memory fiercely.

Christian fought addiction like it was a war. Some days, he won. Some days, he didn’t. But no matter what the world saw, we know who he really was: someone full of life, full of beauty, and always trying to find his way back home.

We miss his laugh.
We miss his music.
We miss him.

Christian, you are free now.
Rest easy, wild soul. You were—and are—so deeply loved.

~Written by Julie Rucker, Christians mother~

My sister and I are doing everything we can to cover the costs of Christian’s celebration of life, but we need some help to ensure we can honor him in the way he deserves. Any contribution, regardless of size, will be put directly toward funeral and memorial expenses.

Thank you so much for your sympathy, kindness, support, and for helping us celebrate Christian’s life. He deserves the best. Even if you can’t donate, sharing this page means the world to us.
