My birth mom, Cheri, has been battling multiple health conditions and mental illness for many years. She’s currently in the hospital in very critical condition, and doctors have shared that she most likely will not pull through this time.
Cheri’s sister, Robin, has been her caregiver and primary support for the last several years. However, we need to come together to cover the cost of a simple cremation—Cheri’s only final wish. She did not want a funeral or any services—just to be cremated, with no fuss.
We are coming together as a family to try and ease this burden so it doesn’t fall entirely on one person. Cheri did not have any arrangements or savings set aside, so we’re asking for your help.
If by some miracle she pulls through, all funds raised will go toward pre-paying her cremation expenses for when that time eventually comes.
Cheri was a mother, sister, aunt, daughter, cousin, niece, and friend. Her life wasn’t perfect—none of ours are—but despite her struggles and regrets, one thing was always clear: she loved deeply and cared for everyone around her.
Please consider donating or sharing to help our family fulfill her final wish, and to support those who have stood by her side through thick and thin.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
