Hello, my name is Andrea Ochoa-Vasquez. My mother Elda Vasquez just lost her brother, Ceasar Ruano on March 21st of 2026.

We came on here to seek help in finding the means to help send him to Guatemala where he wanted to be with his whole family. Where his brothers and sisters can say their final goodbyes.

My uncle was a loving man. He did everything he could so his family and kids had food and a home to live. He suffered from a stroke about two years ago and could no longer work. His death was so sudden.

Anything would help and would greatly be appreciated!
