Help Us Honor Carolina Ruiz's Memory

Hello, my name is Johnny Ruiz, and I recently lost my mom, Carolina Ruiz, on Mother’s Day from Cancer of the bladder . She was a beautiful soul, so full of life that everyone loved her and her shining presence. She worked for the school food service for 26 years. Some of the people in this town of Alice, Texas, were in their younger years going through or passing through the cafeteria line for lunch. She was a very avid Catholic in her local church community. She attended prayer groups and especially the Rosary Society, where they prayed in unity for others in need of prayer, whether for illness, or just the well-being of others.

Needless to say, she has a state benefit for her burial, but it will take 6 to 8 weeks for it to get approved and sent to us and my sister and I are distraught that we can't bury her sooner. So, I’m asking for donations to go towards her funeral expenses of $10,000 so we can have a peaceful, traditional funeral surrounded by her family and friends.

She loved everyone she met, and everyone who met her loved her right off the bat. Anything will help. We ask that you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for a donation of at least $200 or less, and when we do receive her benefits, which is guarantee we will gladly return your donation.
