I am not generally the one who asked for help,but my sister and I have no other choice.

As many know, my dad Anthony Fiegener has been in poor health for the last few years. He went in for a triple bi-pass about 3 years ago, and since then, his health has declined. I got a call on Thursday afternoon that no daughter wants to receive. My little sister called and told me that my dad had gone into cardiac arrest,and CPR was performed for 20 min. They were able to get him breathing, then it was waiting game. They said that we would have to wait 72 hours to see how things played out. today at 1:42pm we were informed that my dad had no brain activity, wasn't able to breath on his own and my sister and I had to make the choice to remove him from life support. Our dad passed away today 11/17/2024 at 3pm and we are at a loss as to what to do. Dad wanted a big Catholic funeral and wanted to be buried next to his parents in Nebraska. We are unable to provide him with this, so we have no choice but to have him cremated. He had no life insurance in place, and neither my sister nor I are in a situation to be able to afford such a cost. He was a good man, a stubborn one but a damn good one..we understand times are tough on everyone, however any little bit will help us get our dad cremated and home with us.
