Hello, my name is Mayte, and I’m starting this GoFundMe on behalf of my aunt Imelda Rodriguez, following the unexpected loss of our beloved Andy Rodriguez (born December 14, 2001 – passed away September 12, 2025). We’re hoping to raise funds to help with funeral expenses and to give him the farewell he truly deserves. Andy was taken from us way too soon and has left our family heartbroken and unprepared for the financial burden that comes with laying a loved one to rest. He was always a kind soul with a big heart.

Andy was a young man who loved people deeply. There were times when he had nothing left for himself, yet he always found a way to help those in need. He was a dreamer and dreamed of becoming someone great in life so he could help his mother and sisters. They were his motivation to study hard and strive to succeed every day.

We take comfort in knowing that God now holds him in His care, and we trust that He will give us strength through this difficult time. Thank you so much for your support and prayers. Anything helps no matter how big or small and will make a meaningful difference to our family.

Hola, mi nombre es Mayte y estoy iniciando esta campaña de GoFundMe en nombre de mi tía Imelda Rodríguez, tras la pérdida inesperada de nuestro querido Andy Rodríguez (nacido el 14 de diciembre de 2001 – fallecido el 12 de septiembre de 2025). Esperamos recaudar fondos para ayudar con los gastos funerarios y darle el adiós que realmente se merece. Andy nos fue arrebatado demasiado pronto y ha dejado a nuestra familia con el corazón roto y sin estar preparados para la carga financiera que implica despedir a un ser querido. Siempre fue un alma amable y de gran corazón.

Andy era un joven que amaba profundamente a las personas. Hubo ocasiones en las que no le quedaba nada para sí mismo, pero siempre encontraba la manera de ayudar a quienes lo necesitaban. Era un soñador y soñaba con llegar a ser alguien grande en la vida para poder ayudar a su madre y a sus hermanas. Ellas eran su motivación para estudiar y superarse cada día.
