In Loving Memory of Alexander Chanon
Earlier last year, our brother Alex fell into a coma after suffering a stroke and two cardiac arrests. With the overwhelming support from friends and family, we were able to raise some funds to cover his medical costs, and we are deeply grateful for that. However, it is with heavy hearts that we now share the heartbreaking news of Alex’s passing.
Alex was a vibrant soul—a son, a brother, and a cherished friend to so many. His life was filled with love, kindness, and joy, and it was impossible not to feel his warmth when you were around him. Last year, our world turned upside down when Alex’s health suddenly declined. For the past year, he fought with every ounce of strength, courage, and determination, but despite his unwavering will to survive, his body could no longer keep up.
Throughout this unimaginable journey, our family held onto hope, praying for a miracle and standing by Alex’s side every single day. We saw his incredible resilience and the love that fueled his fight. But ultimately, we had to say goodbye.
Now, as we navigate through this profound grief, we are faced with the financial burden of giving Alex the dignified farewell he deserves. Medical expenses, along with funeral and memorial costs, have placed an immense strain on our family. We want to honor Alex’s life and the joy he brought to everyone who knew him, but we cannot do it alone.
If you are able, any contribution—no matter how small—would help us lay Alex to rest with the respect and love he deserves, while also providing some relief to our family during this incredibly difficult time. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this with others who may be able to help.
From the depths of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, support, and for keeping Alex in your thoughts and prayers. His memory will forever live on in our hearts, and the love he shared with us will never be forgotten.
With love and gratitude,
The Chanon Family
