Help make Prom affordable for all

I’m the Treasurer for the Class of 2025 PEC Prom. Please see below for a message from the Prom Committee who have been working tirelessly to fundraise to ensure Prom is afffordable for all. OPP are in attendance at the event. Every fundraising dollar removes that cost from the price of a ticket.

PEC Prom 2025 is an evening to remember for our senior class, and we want it to be nothing less than unforgettable! From a great venue to great music, and, decorations, we're pulling out all the stops to make it an evening to remember for everyone.

We want ticket sales to be as affordable as possible for all students. We have raised over $4,000 so far, however we have been struggling with meeting our full remaining venue payment of $4400 by April 17. That’s why we’re reaching out to our amazing community for support! The initial $4,400 goes 100% to our venue, removing that cost from ticket sales. Remaining funds then go towards the following, with every dollar bringing ticket sales down for everyone.

* Affordable Tickets – Ensuring that every student has a chance to attend, regardless of financial situation.

* Entertainment & Activities – Photo booths, and all the rest to get the night started and keep it lively and entertaining.

* Food & Refreshments – Making sure everyone stays energized throughout a celebratory night.
