Right now, Mange is devastating wombat populations across Victoria.

In the past 12 months alone, we’ve had more than 1,600 cases reported, and without treatment, these wombats will suffer and die slow, painful deaths.

We need your help!!

Until recently, part of our work was supported by government funding. But due to statewide cutbacks, that support has been pulled. We’re now facing a heartbreaking reality: unless we can raise urgent funds, we won’t be able to continue providing life-saving treatments.

It costs between $80 and $200 to treat a single wombat, depending on the severity of the mange and how many doses are required.

Our incredible volunteers, who travel all over Victoria, do the work for free, but we still need to cover the costs of medicine, antiseptics, tail paint, and transport.

We’ve launched this GoFundMe with the goal of raising at least $30,000 - enough to help treat over 300 wombats over the next few months.
