Help Us Help The Skogstad’s

We are asking for everyone’s help for our coworker Steve Skogstad and his wife Amy. Steve has been battling foot issues for 2 years and has lost his battle with a rare disease, Charcot Foot. He had his first of many surgeries on May 5th to amputate his right foot. He has been in and out of the hospital many times since then and is about to have his 9th surgery, on Sept 8th, to amputate more.  Since April, Steve has been out of work and Amy lost her job due to COVID. Both are without insurance and COBRA insurance is $1,800 a month. Steve has been at his current place of employment since 2015 and they bought their first house together 2 years ago and we don’t want to see them lose it. 

We know this is a difficult time for a lot of people but his coworkers would like to ask you to please donate what you can to help this couple out with the mounting medical bills and other bills that are piling up due to no source of income. Steve has a long road of recovery ahead of him with Amy by his side and we would like to help take some of the stress off of them by doing our part.
