Help My Mom Fight for Her Health

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest times in my family’s life. Since October, my mom has been hospitalized twice in the ICU, battling three types of pneumonia, kidney failure, acute pulmonary failure, and congestive heart failure. Every day is a struggle, and she now relies on an oxygen tank at home just to breathe—something that comes with overwhelming costs.

On top of her serious health challenges, the financial burden has become unbearable. She has almost $14,000 in medical bills, and because she has been too sick to work for months, she has lost all of her paid leave. Without a steady income, even basic necessities and ongoing medical expenses are becoming impossible to manage. She is continuing to see specialists to determine treatments and care.

My dad has been my mom’s main caregiver, doing everything he can to take care of her. But with so many doctor visits, hospital stays, and now her daily care at home, he’s had to take a lot of time off work. This has made things even harder financially while also managing the costs of my mom’s medical care.

My mom has always been the strongest, most selfless person I know, and now she needs help. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward her medical bills, oxygen supply, and daily living expenses so she can focus on healing instead of worrying about how to afford care.
