OUR LITTLE WARRIOR AYDIN NEEDS YOUR HELP
Aydin is our beautiful baby boy, and at birth he was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia - A rare liver disease that blocks the bile ducts and severely damages the liver. If left untreated it is fatal.
Aydin underwent the Kasai procedure at 4 weeks old.
This procedure attempts to restore bile flow from the Liver to the intestine, using a part of Aydin's own small intestine.
In some cases, the Kasai works well enough to delay or even avoid the need for a Liver Transplant.
Unfortunately In Aydin's case the Kasai procedure was not successful. This means the bile is still not draining properly, and liver damage continues to progress.
A Liver Transplant is now our only option to save Aydin's life.
As Aydin's Mum and Dad, we are both preparing to be tested as Live Donors , and while we are hoping for the best outcome, this process means taking extended, unpaid time off work- for testing, potential surgery, recovery, and being fully present for Aydin during his hospital stay.

- Focus 100% on Aydin's health without financial stress
- Cover loss of income while we are off work
- Help with out of pocket Travel, accommodation and post-op recovery expenses
- Give Aydin the care and love he needs during this critical time
