Help us help Ann and her family

My name is Melissa and we're fundraising for Ann.

As you may or may not know, Ann was diagnosed with stage 4 triple negative metastatic breast cancer in May of 2020. She has metastasis to her bones and liver, and has had recent scans to check for the possibility of metastasis to her brain after losing the vision in her left eye. She has tried a few different chemotherapies as well as radiation and unfortunately, with the type of cancer she has, the few options that are out there have not really been successful in helping to fight this awful disease. Obviously, as with any type of cancer, she has mounting medical bills and with the new symptoms of confusion and weakness, Alicia has resigned from her position at work to take care of Ann full time at home. While she is working to get into a work from home position, there is a gap of time where there won’t be an income. And as this disease progresses, there are additional expenses, on top of everyday necessities, such as new medications being added to her already long list of current medications and the need for durable medical equipment to assist with keeping her at home. Ann has been such a fighter and continues to be throughout this whole thing. Everything that can be done to keep her comfortable and happy at home is being done. This go fund me will be used to help with monthly bills, medications, medical expenses such as copays, and anything else that Ann may need during this time. Anything you are able to contribute is appreciated more than you can possibly imagine and if you are not able to donate, sending any and all positive thoughts, vibes and prayers are appreciated just as much. Ann has fought hard throughout this horrible diagnosis and will continue to do so with the help of her family and friends.
