Hi all, I am not a person that asks for help, but I think we got ourselves in a bit of a pickle with our new place. We love it here but the home was pretty much a complete derelict. We have replace outside supporting walls rafters and more because of SEVERE termite damage. We have replaced the roof all the bathrooms need everything I am in the process of building new cabinets out of old used wood. We are trying so hard to get this place livable so that the rest of our family can get here to live but it's been a challenge to say the least. So now here we are still working on the house so we can get everybody moved but we have no heat. The air handlers are over 40 years old and are all rotted out. We believe we can do a mini split system in the home but with it size we have to have 8 of them. It's way cheaper than having the heating and cooling system replaced though. Problem is we are completely broke. We have sunk every penny into this house and it's still not livable. So I have started a go fund me page which I did not want to do but I'm a little tired of being cold. I want to thank everyone who shares this and donated to our home improvement needs. You have absolutely no idea how much I appreciate the help!
