Recently, I, TJ, was rushed into the ER and told I needed surgery for a serious and sudden back issue. One day everything seemed fine, and the next, we were facing an emergency that changed everything. The surgery was unavoidable and urgent, and we are incredibly grateful that it's going to be happening so soon—but recovery is uncertain and could take weeks or even months.

This situation has left us struggling emotionally, physically, and financially. With limited mobility and ongoing pain, returning to work right now isn’t possible. Unfortunately, the bills, medical expenses, and basic needs haven’t paused with us. From prescriptions and follow-up appointments to transportation, groceries, and utilities, the stress is quickly adding up.
