Help Glenda Heal

Glenda Torres is one of the most selfless people you will ever meet.  She consistently tries to make everyone else shine in a light that she encourages them to create.   Those who know Glenda know that she gives selflessly of her time, money and love.  Her influence is seen in countless ways.

This summer she has experienced some health challenges that have resulted in amputation of her left leg below the knee.  Glenda's medical care has resulted in huge bills due to long hospital stays and intensive care. She must adjust to her new situation and will not be able to work for awhile.  She needs numerous physical therapy sessions and will be fitted with a prosthesis in a few months. Now she needs our help to heal.


As she recently retired from teaching in the Interpreting Preparation Concentration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in May 2017, her income is smaller as well.   We have the opportunity to show Glenda how much she has meant to us all.  Any contribution will be greatly appreciated.  Save
