Help us have a break please

Hi, my name is Joe McPartland November I was diagnosed with colon cancer. It was only found after I was throwing up for 4 days straight and was forced to go to the hospital er. Hello again. My name is Joe mc. I am a 45 year old father of 3 and a bonus child from my second wife. ( she has done such a service. Taking care of me through these times.) all little girls ages 8-14 . They have been the most understanding and helpful little girls. Due to covid they could not see me in the hospital. That was almost 2 weeks with surgery to remove the giant tumor from my colon. We FaceTimed but it’s not the same. I had this lovely tube down my nose and into my stomach. . It was bad. Anyways. Fast forward. A few months later. I’m on chemo round 4 and it has gradually made me sick.

meanwhile the girls are troopin along doing great in school - sent 1 for some light counseling. She is the best….. Alanna is 10 and is always so helpful. I’m here on my side writhing in pain. She’s there. Can I help daddy. Always. Well, I got so sick over the next few weeks. I had lost 40 pounds in a few weeks. After I had already lost a lotta weight. Er- 1 week. They didn’t wanna let me go home. I said let me out. And forced it. I came home to my family and have gained 30 pounds in this short period of time.

That was when I lost weight. Damn sexy!

I felt so bad…. My wife’s birthday and quite a bit of time since I have spent in bed.

I love this family and plan to continue to update my page here. They have had the cutest smiles and have kept me positive. Thru covid and cancer we go. We need a VACATION!!!! We can afford our bills ok. We love our lives. But I want to surprise these girls with a short vacation. Please help! They deserve it so much. Dealing with me while dealing with their own little lives. Please help.
