Hi everyone! As many of you know, we’ve been on a fertility journey for the past six years, and we are finally—fingers crossed—approaching the finish line with the help of some promising treatment options from The Fertility Center. Family has always been the most important thing to us, and Emmett has been eagerly asking for a sibling for quite some time now. We’re hopeful that this GoFundMe can help make our dream of growing our family a reality.

A little backstory: I have lived with PCOS my entire life, which led to further testing for abnormal uterine cells. During that process, we discovered that I had cancerous uterine cells that were preventing pregnancy. With the incredible care of the West Michigan Cancer Center, those cells are currently at bay, and we’ve been given a very small window of time to try to conceive before they may return.

We are now working closely with The Fertility Center to create a pregnancy plan—something we are incredibly grateful and excited for. Unfortunately, because fertility treatments are not covered by insurance, all associated costs are completely out of pocket. For that reason, we are asking for support from our loved ones, from anyone who understands or empathizes with this journey, or from those who simply want to cheer us on and be part of our story.
