My fiancé and I recently got engaged in December 2025, and we are filled with hope and excitement as we look forward to building our future together. One of our biggest dreams is to grow our family, but we have encountered some unexpected challenges along the way. After learning that my fiancé needs to have surgery to remove her fallopian tubes, we realized that IVF is our only option to conceive a child. This news was difficult to process, but we are determined to do everything we can to make our dream of becoming parents a reality.
