We are a same-sex couple and licensed foster parents in Florida, and our journey to parenthood has been filled with hope, reflection, and a deep desire to build a forever family. After fostering, we realized how much we long to provide a loving, stable home for a child. While we cannot physically have children, our hearts are open and ready to welcome a child through adoption.

The decision to pursue adoption was not made lightly. We spent time considering what was right for us, and after much contemplation, we feel called to take this step. Adoption is a beautiful but costly journey, with expenses that include home studies, lawyer fees, agency fees, support for the birth mom, legal paperwork, home visits, and consultant fees to help us match with a potential family. We are especially hoping for an open adoption, so we can support the birth mom and dad if we are chosen.
