Earlier this year, we had our hearts ripped out when insurance decided not to cover any costs associated with IVF. So my wonderful husband used proceeds from selling his house to cover the cost, cash. But guess what? It didn’t work. I’m not willing to give up on making him a father, everyone who knows him says he’s the most deserving man of fatherhood & I could not agree more. Anyone who knows anything about infertility knows how insanely expensive it is, so I made a go fund me page. Sounds silly but the internet has insane power to make miracles happen. I usually keep things really private, I’m more the type to pop up with a kid, instead of wearing things on my sleeve. But I said what the heck, worst thing that happens is - we have to work hard like we already are, and wait longer to grow our family. Best case scenario, we build a community of support as we take steps to get there. If you read this whole thing, thank you.
