Help us grow into a bigger space

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you as a member of our vibrant community, seeking support for an exciting venture that holds immense potential for our local community.

Our Bakery - BMB Creations, has become an integral part of this community, and we are passionate about contributing to its growth. To achieve this, we are embarking on a fundraising campaign aimed at expanding our operations and creating more opportunities for local residents.

In this campaign, we are seeking to raise funds for:

*Demo, remodel, and design of our new building.

Our new location will be more than double the size of where we currently reside. This will allow us to have more seating area in our lobby for our customers, more space for merchandise, a designated space for grab and go orders, and most importantly more space in our kitchen space so we can produce more lunch items efficiency as well as more baking space for the star of our bakery which is sourdough breads. We are working with a great designer that is helping us with the layout and the flow of the entire space.

*Electrical, plumbing, water installation

This is a big one. We will need to hire a crew to do all of it in the building.

Wires, electrical boxes, pipes, grease trap, HVAC system, we are starting from a blank canvas so all will need to be done.

*Equipment

We are moving and definitely using all that we currently have, but we are still needing to purchase a commercial vent hood, ranch, walk in cooler, fryer, freezer, and more prep tables.

*Construction material / labor cost

There is also the basic material such as lumber, dry wall, flooring, etc.
