I thank you all for your help in this difficult time for our family. Vanessa was a huge part of my life for 24 years and her passing leaves an emptiness in my heart. Vanessa loved life, food, fun and her family most of all. Our son Benjamin brought her joy every day. I loved hearing her voice every day.

Vanessa put up a good fight, and even at the end seemed to be improving but sadly it was not meant to be. On Saturday morning she left this world, peaceful and in her sleep. We can all find solace in knowing she is no longer suffering and is now reunited with her mother, father and sister.

I would like to thank all of you who sent your love, well wishes and prayers to her during her struggle. I hope that those that can, help to make sure she has a proper farewell.
