We’re trying to raise money for funeral expenses for Tammy Loge ( Shay ) She had stage 5 kidney failure and ended up on dialysis. Her one kidney ended up dying off and the other kidney would get stones. A Hospital in Illinois put in a stint in that kidney back in February it was supposed to come out after a week but her caregiver in Illinois never made her appointment for the stint to be taken out, she ended up getting septic from the stint. In June Her nephew picked her up from Illinois to get her back to Indiana to be home. All Tammy wanted was to come home to her family. When we got her home on Saturday she got sick and went into the hospital on Sunday that’s when we found out she was septic she was in ICU for about two weeks with in those 2 weeks she had coded her blood pressure would drop every time she had dialysis. She was having dialysis 3 times a week. She was released from Reid and finally was home. Shay was still in a lot of pain she made it a week being at home until she couldn’t handle the pain any more she ended up going back into the hospital this past Tuesday. Her son Dustin got a phone call Friday morning at 2:58 am saying that they was going to put Shay on life support her heart rate was dropping and she was having trouble breathing we hurry went to the hospital and they ended up putting her on life support. Her blood pressure kept dropping throughout the day yesterday, so we decided to take her off life support to be go in peace. We are asking for help so she can have the proper burial service. Shay didn’t have any life insurance or money saved up. We’re asking for burial expenses. Any donations would be appreciated.
