Help Us Honor Shameka Abe: A Life Dedicated to Caring
We are reaching out with heavy hearts to share the passing of Shameka Abe, a beloved 39-year-old caregiver who touched the lives of many with her kindness and compassion. Shameka was a shining light to those around her, always willing to lend a helping hand and offer comfort in times of need.
Tragically, Shameka fell into a dark place and took her own life. While death is often unexpected, it’s a reminder of the importance of mental health and support. If you or someone you love is struggling with thoughts of suicide, please remember to reach out. You're not alone—call 988 or text 988 for help and hope. There is always help available.
The Abe family was not financially prepared for this unexpected loss. We are seeking support to help cover the costs of funeral and burial services, so Shameka can be honored with dignity.
In addition to our fundraising efforts, we are hosting a raffle featuring beautiful southwestern jewelry and a gift certificate bouquet.

All contributions, big or small, will make a meaningful difference and help us provide a proper farewell for Shameka.
We thank you for your compassion, support, and prayers during this difficult time. Together, we can remember Shameka's beautiful spirit and ensure she is celebrated with the love she deserves.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, please reach out. You are not alone. Call or text 988.
With heartfelt gratitude,
The Abe Family
