Help Us Give Roger a Proper Farewell

Hello everyone,

My name is Alejandro Dominguez, and on behalf of my family, we truly appreciate all the love and support we've received from the beginning. We've been through such a difficult time that we still cannot comprehend it. On March 18, 2025, my brother, Roger Dominguez, attempted to take his own life and ever since has left us in shock. The past few weeks, he's been fighting for his life and we've been praying for good news and a miracle. Day after day, we rotated to ensure he would never be alone in the hope that his condition would improve. We gave him all the love and strength in the world. Sadly, his doctors told us he couldn't make it, and therefore we must prepare him to rest. Before leaving us, Roger will make one last selfless act and donate his organs to save the lives of others. It gives us time to grieve and prepare for his new journey with God.

Please help us give Roger a proper funeral surrounded by his family, friends, loved ones, and his community. It won't be easy for so many to let go of a child, brother, or friend, but I know we can start the healing process once he is given the celebration of life he deserves. Roger will be loved and missed forever.

Hemos pasado por un momento tan difícil que aún no podemos comprenderlo. El 18 de marzo de 2025, mi hermano, Roger Domínguez, intentó quitarse la vida y desde entonces nos ha dejado en shock. Durante las últimas semanas, ha estado luchando por su vida y hemos estado orando por buenas noticias y un milagro. Día tras día, nos turnábamos para asegurarnos de que nunca estuviera solo, con la esperanza de que su condición mejorara. Le dimos todo el amor y la fuerza del mundo. Lamentablemente, sus médicos nos dijeron que no podría sobrevivir, por lo que debemos prepararlo para que descanse. Antes de dejarnos, Roger hará un último acto desinteresado y donará sus órganos para salvar las vidas de otros. Esto nos da tiempo para el duelo y prepararnos para su nuevo camino con Dios.

Por favor, ayúdennos a brindarle a Roger un funeral digno rodeado de su familia, amigos, seres queridos y su comunidad. No será fácil para muchos dejar ir a un hijo, hermano o amigo, pero sé que podremos comenzar el proceso de sanación una vez que reciba la celebración de la vida que se merece.
