It is with heavy hearts and deep sorrow that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved Robert Rutledge.

Robert was more than a name — he was a father, a son, a brother, a family man, and a friend to many. His laughter was loud, his heart was giving, and his presence filled every room he stepped into. He had a way of making people feel seen, cared for, and valued without ever having to say much at all. Those who knew him know that Robert loved deeply, showed up fully, and gave what he could even when he had little to give.

Losing him has left a pain that words cannot fully express. Our family is grieving a tremendous loss, and while we were not prepared for this moment, we are determined to honor him in a way that reflects the love, dignity, and compassion he carried throughout his life.

Unfortunately, life insurance and funeral arrangements were not in place at the time of his passing. This has left our family with the overwhelming responsibility of covering burial and funeral costs during one of the hardest seasons we’ve ever faced.

We are raising funds to ensure Robert receives a proper burial and memorial service that celebrates his life — a farewell surrounded by love, respect, and remembrance.
