On Wednesday 20th May 2026, we sadly lost Rhys Hanks at just 19 years old following a tragic car accident.

Rhys was the kind of person who could light up any room without even trying. He was funny, caring, and always managed to put a smile on people’s faces, even on the hardest days. He was a lovely lad with a big heart, and so many people are struggling to come to terms with losing him so suddenly.

This fundraiser has been created to help support Rhys’ family with funeral costs and to ease some of the financial pressure during such a heartbreaking time. Every donation, no matter how small, will mean so much and will help give Rhys the send off he truly deserves.
