Help Us Give Reynaldo Romero a Proper Farewell
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Christina and I am hosting a Go Fund Me for the funeral of my dad, Reynaldo Romero.
Rey was born on August 24, 1962 and grew up in the San Fernando Valley.
He attended San Fernando High School. He graduated from Cal State University, Northridge with his B.S. in Business Management with an emphasis on finance. He became the Anesthesia Billing Manager at USC. Then, continued his career as a Regional Vice President at Medac.
He was the middle child of 5 siblings. He was married for 15 years. He had 4 kids, and 5 grandchildren. He also had many dogs he loved throughout his lifetime. He would do anything for his family.
He was a hard worker and provider for his family. He had this infectious laugh and smile when he would walk in any room. He took care of everyone and would be the first one there to help. He lived his life with integrity and loyalty to God, family and friends.
He was going on his 5th year of fighting pancreatic cancer. He remained strong and went through every obstacle with a smile on his face. On December 15, 2024, he suffered a cardiac arrest, stroke and coded for 10 minutes. The desire to fight for his life brought him back to us for exactly 2 months. On February 15, 2025, he passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones.
He was an inspiration and a reminder to us all that no matter what you are going through life is beautiful.
We want to give Rey the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. Due to his cancer, he did not work for the past 2 years. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Rey’s funeral and burial arrangements. We need to raise $15,000 by beginning of March in order to cover all of the expenses.
We greatly appreciate all your thoughts, prayers and donations during this time. Please share this with friends and family in hopes to reach our goal.
