Hello all!

Johnathan and I recently took our sweet baby girl, Phipp, to the ER due to seeing some concerning behaviors. After an overnight stay and lots of tests, she was diagnosed with hepatic encephalopathy. This means that her liver does not function properly to filter out toxins which causes a buildup of ammonia and bile toxin, leading to brain dysfunction. Our sweet potato is doing much better now, but still has a long road ahead of her with lifelong medication management, routine bloodwork, dietary changes, and possibly surgery. We appreciate any help you are able to give, but most importantly please send our sweet girl your positive thoughts. Thank you❤️
