Help us give our mother, Celeste Lovette, a proper goodbye.

Hi, my name is Desmond, and I'm creating this GoFundMe with a heavy heart to honor the life of my beautiful mother, Celeste Lovette, a strong, loving woman and a mother of three.

On April 7th and my sister Rasheda and I's hearts were shattered to find our mom passed away in her room due to heart complications... my mom suffered from multiple health conditions over the years, but the pain of losing her so unexpectedly is something we can't put into words. She was the glue of our family, the one who always gave her all for her children, even when she had very little for herself.

Our family has gone through an unimaginable series of losses over the years. I’ve lost both of my grandmothers, my father, my sister, and now, our mom. My sister left behind two beautiful children, who are now under our care. Through all this, my mom remained strong, holding us together through every storm. She always put her family first, no matter how hard things got.

Now, we are faced with the heartbreaking task of laying her to rest, and we simply can’t do it alone. We are asking for help to cover the cost of her funeral and give her the proper goodbye she deserves. Any amount you can give, no matter how small, would mean the world to us. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this with others would be a huge help.
