This past year nearly broke our family — but it didn’t.
After battling addiction and losing our children to CPS, we had a wake-up call that changed everything. We chose recovery, accountability, and faith — because giving up was never an option for our kids.
Today, we are proud and grateful to say our family is whole again.
Over the last year, we admitted ourselves into treatment, attended parenting classes, and committed to recovery through support groups like A.A. and N.A. We also found faith and began attending church every Sunday, which gave us the strength to keep going when things felt impossible.
Through months of hard work, prayer, and determination, we met every requirement to reunite our family — and we succeeded. All three of our children are home.
Both of us are now full-time students, working every day to build a stable, healthy future for our family. While we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come, finances are tight as we continue rebuilding.
This Christmas means everything to us.
After everything our kids have been through, we want to give them a joyful holiday — simple gifts, meaningful memories, and reassurance that things really are getting better.
We aren’t asking for extravagance — just a little support to help us give our kids the happiness and stability they deserve.
Any support — whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this fundraiser — truly means the world to us.
Thank you for believing in second chances and helping our family move forward together.
