We never imagined we would one day have to ask strangers for help.

A few years ago, our lives changed because of serious criminal conflicts connected to a close family member. Although we were never involved ourselves, the consequences reached our family and our home. People began looking for us, and our sense of safety disappeared completely.

Today we live under protected identity in Sweden. While this keeps us physically safe, it also makes it extremely difficult to live a normal life, find stable work, rent housing, or plan a future for our daughter.

More than anything, we want our child to grow up in peace — without fear, stress, or constant restrictions.

Our dream is simple: to leave this life behind and move to a small quiet village in the Balkans, where we can live anonymously, work honestly, and build a stable future for our family.

We are not asking for luxury. We are only hoping for a modest home and the chance to start over safely.

The funds raised will help cover:

• Relocation costs and transportation

• Legal and administrative expenses

• Living costs during the first months while we search for work

• A down payment for a small modest home

Approximately:

• €3,000 for relocation and moving expenses

• €4,000–5,000 for basic living costs during the transition period

• The remaining amount toward securing a safe and stable home for our family

We are doing everything we can ourselves and continue to work and save as much as possible. Any donation, no matter the amount, helps us move one step closer to safety and a normal life.
