Hello everyone, I'm Harold Defreeze, known to many of you as "Mayor Meez."

I am updating this story because, thanks to your incredible support, the first phase of our mission is complete. We have successfully covered the costs for my mother's cremation and transportation. After a long, painful battle with red tape, she is finally coming home to us in Oklahoma.

But the fight is not over. It has just begun.

As we attempted to settle her affairs, we discovered a devastating reality. My mother’s entire estate—including her financial accounts, life insurance, vehicles, and personal property—is currently inaccessible to her children. These assets are tied up in the name of a mega-church organization and a pastor in California who has refused to communicate with our family.

We are effectively locked out of our own mother's legacy.

We are now launching Phase 2: The War for Her Legacy.

We are taking this battle to Probate Court to uncover the truth, freeze the assets, and return what rightfully belongs to her estate. This is a complex legal fight that requires resources we did not anticipate.

1. Probate Litigation: Retaining a specialized attorney in Los Angeles to fight for the estate and force transparency.
2. Asset Recovery & Storage: Paying the monthly fees to save her personal possessions in storage from being auctioned off while we fight the legal battle.
3. Travel Logistics: Getting our team to California to physically secure her property and handle court proceedings.

My mother was a woman of resilience and hustle. She never backed down from a fight, and neither will we. We are asking our community to stand with us against this injustice. Every dollar, every share, is a step toward securing the legacy she worked her whole life to build.
